The restoration of this 19th century house built by indianos (Spaniards who came back with fortunes made in latin America) strived for both fi delity to the original and a touch of the unexpected.
The combination of subtly lit oak wood and stone with the most functional design
produces a warm, interesting atmosphere. The building, featurig a comfortable glass-paned
porch, is surrounded by a 8.000 sq.meter estate. Find charming, quaint corners on the terraced
terrain dotted with centerarian trees. Located between the Aras valley mountains and the Laredo
beaches, several activities are available in the surroundings: birdwatching, caving, ATV rides
